For several decades Dr. Bruce Barbash has provided patients with Prosthodontic specialty treatment in areas including: dental oncologydental implants, and restoration or replacement of worn or damaged teeth. Dr. Barbash is the only board certified private practice based maxillofacial prosthodontist in Dallas and Flower Mound with a limited specialty practice. He is uniquely qualified to help patients afflicted with oral/head and neck cancers, failing dentitions, congenital defects and victims of trauma achieve both cosmetic and functional dental solutions.

At Texas Dental Solutions, our experienced staff provides customized treatment and individualized care in the most comfortable manner. Sedation and sleep dentistry are utilized when indicated or requested. Our offices are conveniently located in both Dallas and Flower Mound.

Dr. Barbash utilizes advanced technology. This includes an in-house laboratory, digital x-rays and cone beam CAT scans. Additionally, an M.D. Anesthesiologist is available for those patients who require or choose to go to sleep for their procedures. In the event that care requires multi-specialty treatment, Dr. Barbash collaborates with medical and dental specialists to develop effective, long-term treatment plans that are tailored to your dental needs.

We practice proactive care. This is especially important for the oral/ head and neck cancer patients who are treated with combinations of surgery, radiation and chemo therapies. Our hygienist is especially experienced at treating both their unique pre- and post-treatment needs.
